The Rubik’s Cube (Introduction)

07/31/08

*edited*

First of all, let’s define all parts of the Rubik’s Cube:

As you can see, the cube is composed of 26 BLOCKS.

6 of these are called middles (blocks with only one color;middle ones)

12 of these are called edges(blocks with two colors; edges)

and 8 of these are called corners (blocks with three colors; corners)

The concept of cubing is to put all blocks in their PROPER COLOR SCHEME and ORDER.

Note:

The edges cannot go to the corners and vice versa.
